The main profile of our business, which has Europe’s most modern precision CNC cutting machine, is the distribution of industrial aluminium, the cutting of plates, and the cutting and sizing of aluminium blocks. Our primary profile is cutting aluminium plates to size according to customer requirements, for which we currently have 2 Schelling-type circular saws and approx. 200–250 tonnes of warehouse stock. Our company’s main motivation is to meet customers’ needs to the fullest, for which flexibility and the joint work of a dynamic team are essential.
Our logistics system helps us serve faster and more accurately, so that we can fulfil our customers’ requests in an uniquely short time. Our focus is on accurate, reliable and fast work, so that our customers can rely on our work and plan the related work phases smoothly in advance.
Capacity expansion within the project, and thereby speeding up and making work processes complete, is a real need for our company. To this end, in connection with our activity 2562 ’08 – Metalworking, we intend to procure 1 TCM-FHB30-F1 HV electric counterbalance forklift and 1 stretch wrapping machine.
Among the companies on the market we place the emphasis, besides quality, on serving our customers as quickly as possible. More modern handling equipment will ensure that we retain the position we have won in the strong market competition that also characterises the aluminium sector, thus securing the foundations of development, thanks to which the expected increase in turnover will create further labour demand. By procuring the AVVOLGIPACK 80SE semi-automatic rotary stretch wrapping machine we will be able to prepare ordered products for shipment to our customers significantly faster. By procuring the TCM-FHB30-F1 electric counterbalance forklift the loading process itself will also speed up significantly, as a result of which we will be able to be at our customers’ disposal much more flexibly and quickly.
The development retains the valuable workforce already employed by our company and provides long-term employment. Our company’s workforce is stable, induced on the one hand by fulfilling orders on time, and on the other by the fact that the forklift to be procured also requires a specialist. Our goal is to retain our headcount, which means 24 people on average over the full period.
The expected result of the project is to improve the company’s growth and employment potential, retain existing jobs and strengthen our market position. The present investment improves our technological readiness, competitiveness and resource efficiency alike.
